泰式虾炒河粉


做法:

热锅下油分别把:

-虾炒变色,盛起,
-蛋炒成型, 盛起
-炒香, 红葱, 蒜, 辣椒, 盛起
-河粉炒软,
-加回虾,蛋,香料,
-加调味酱,辣椒粉,甜酱油,
-加韭菜, 豆芽, 甜酸胡萝卜, 拌一下,  就马上装盘,  我转身去拿盘子, 动做慢了点, 韭菜炒久了.


吃时再挤柠檬汁,洒生豆芽和香菜.
