调过味的面包屑做法 -混合以下材料就是了:
6大勺黄油,溶化, melted butter
2 杯白面包屑, panko bread crumb.
2 柠檬, 皮屑和汁,zest and juice from two lemon,
2 TB 迷迭香切碎, fresh rosemary minced,
2 粒大蒜压成泥, garlic minced,
1 TB 干辣椒碎, hot pepper flakes
烤箱预热450F, 烤 12-15 分种, 看鱼厚度, 就好了, 千万不要烤久了.撒一点油拌葱花, 进烤箱再烤一分种, 更香.
