Moqueca

- 300g white fish
- 1 diced onion
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 100g shrimp peeled
- 1 red/yellow pepper
- 200ml coconut milk
- 2 spoons of tomato sauce (spaghetti sauce of your choice)
- Salt/pepper

Stir fry: onions, cilantro, peppers and fish. Then pour coconut milk and water (just enough to cook the fish).
When fish is done, add shrimps and cook for about 5 minutes or until shrimps are done.
