红葱蒸鸡蛋
红葱两只,切片做成葱酥,加入用麻油,盐,和一点胡椒粉腌好的肉碎。。我这里用了火鸡肉。然后加入生抽,老抽,胡椒粉调味。。加入一点水煮滚后,熄火,倒入与两只鸡蛋等量的水。。不必再煮滚。。温温的就好了。。稍微把两只鸡蛋打散。。不要打得起泡。。起泡就不滑了。。把刚刚煮好的材料全数倒入鸡蛋内,轻轻搅拌。。。静置大约5-6分钟。。让气泡消失了。。下锅里蒸。
