小豆冰棍
原料,这基本上是5个的量:
煮至烂熟的红小豆(或绿小豆)1Cup(没有加过糖);
牛奶1/2杯;
Light鲜奶油1/2杯;
白糖4T;
Corn starch:1+3/4t;
方法非常简单:
把所有材料放入Blender中搅拌均匀,加入模具,冷冻即可。
吃之前,只要把模具在冷水中“拔”一会儿(注意别把水灌到模子里头),20秒吧,就能一下拿出来了。
